Welcome to The Confident Communicator, a coaching membership program delivered by Rhiannon Bush Life Coaching (RBLC). By joining this program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct.

Membership Fee: $397 AUD per month (recurring)

Payment Options: Upfront or Monthly

No lock-in contract

7 days notice required to cancel your membership

No refunds (unless required by law)

Coaching is a thought-provoking, creative partnership to help you grow personally and professionally. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
All coaching is conducted in accordance with the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.
🧠 Client Responsibilities
By joining, you agree to:

Take full responsibility for your decisions and results

Show up prepared, on time, and engaged

Be open to feedback and willing to stretch yourself

Disclose if you’re under the care of a mental health professional

Understand that coaching may involve multiple areas of life (e.g. work, relationships, health)
🔐 Confidentiality
Your coaching relationship is confidential. We do not share your information unless:

There’s a risk of harm to yourself or others

We’re legally obligated (e.g. subpoena or court order)

You give written consent
Group sessions and WhatsApp discussions are also confidential—please respect others’ privacy.

To keep our space safe, inclusive and productive:

Be kind and respectful at all times

Ask permission before giving advice

Do not private message members unless invited
-
No promotions, spam, or affiliate links

Keep content relevant to the program
👥 Group Coaching Conduct
To create an empowering space for everyone:

Share your own experiences—avoid comparisons or judgement
-
Stay on topic and be mindful of time
-
Allow space for others to speak
-
No recording or sharing group content outside the program
👤 1:1 Coaching Conduct

Sessions are 60 minutes
-
Cancellations require 24 hours' notice or the session may be forfeited
-
Be present, open, and ready to do the work

Communication is confidential unless required otherwise by law

Treat all RBLC coaches and team members with respect

Avoid passive-aggressive, emotionally charged, or excessive out-of-hours communication

We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching is not a replacement for professional therapy, financial advice, or medical support.
🚫 Breach of Code
Breaches may result in:

A formal warning
-
Temporary removal from sessions or groups
-
Permanent removal without refund
-
Legal action in cases of defamation, harassment, or misuse of materials
🔄 Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions and the Code of Conduct may be updated at any time. Continued participation implies your agreement to the most current version.

These terms reflect the same policies in our legal Coaching Services Agreement (Version 1.4), including session usage, late/missed session policy, coach substitution, group conduct, privacy, and refund terms. Any discrepancies should default to the most recent version of the Services Agreement.
