Season #1 Episode #5

When you step into something new and that may challenge you beyond what you've been challenged by in the past, some of us feel a lack of confidence, a bit of anxiousness, concern or as it's now commonly known, Imposter Syndrome. Feeling like we don't belong, like we're not good enough, and like we're about to be shown the door before we've even had a chance to begin is something movie stars, sporting heroes and everyday people have reported experiencing.

In this episode, we'll unpack imposter syndrome, where it comes from and most importantly, steps to overcome it. Some changes are minuscule while others will require practice and commitment. A positive aspect of imposter syndrome is that when we experience it, it means we're expanding our comfort zone and we're growing. We're levelling up. This puts us on track to achieve bigger and better things for ourselves, provided we can learn to manage feeling like we're incapable or incompetent.
