We all experience fight or flight, some more dramatically than others depending on our working environment, our upbringing, and our existing patterns of behaviour we have programmed from experience to survive. Our physiological response comes from our interpretation of the environment around us, especially through our eyesight. Being able to regulate that interpretation, to regulate the physiological response we have, is what will enable us to be more balanced, healthier, happier and to avoid chronic stress and burnout.
