By joining, you agree to:

• Monthly membership: $397 AUD/month, cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice

• You get: 1x private coaching session + 4x group sessions each month

• Access includes WhatsApp support + email support

• All inclusions must be used within 1 month of payment – sessions do not carry over

• As part of the program, you may be coached by someone other than Rhiannon. She may substitute coaches at her discretion due to availability, illness, or leave

• Coaching is confidential, unless there's risk of harm or legal reasons

• Coaching helps you grow — it's not therapy, counselling, or medical advice

• Be respectful and kind in all group spaces (no judgement, spam, or harassment)

• If you're more than 10 minutes late or cancel your 1:1 session with less than 4 hours' notice, it's forfeited

• Breaches of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the program with no refund

The Confident Communicator Program Coaching Services Agreement – Version 1.4 (Legal Version)

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between:

Excel Leadership Pty Ltd (ABN: 15 644 756 258), trading as Rhiannon Bush (“the Provider”), and

The Client, being the individual enrolling in The Confident Communicator coaching program (“the Client”).

By submitting payment for the Program, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct.

Program Overview

1.1 The Confident Communicator is a coaching membership program delivered online via Zoom and WhatsApp.

1.2 Monthly inclusions:

• 1 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching session
• 4 x 60-minute group coaching sessions
• Access to private WhatsApp support community
• Ongoing support via WhatsApp and email

Payment Terms

2.1 Membership is $397 AUD per month, charged in advance.

2.2 No lock-in contract. Clients may cancel with 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

2.3 No refunds are issued once payment is processed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Scope of Coaching

3.1 Coaching is a thought-provoking, creative partnership that promotes personal and professional growth.

3.2 It is not therapy, counselling, financial or medical advice.

3.3 Coaching is delivered with every intention of meeting the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.

Client Responsibilities & Conduct

4.1 Clients agree to take full responsibility for their results, show up on time, be open to feedback, and stretch themselves.

4.2 Clients must disclose if they are under the care of a mental health professional.

4.3 Clients agree to uphold a respectful, inclusive community. Discrimination, bullying, or harassment will result in immediate removal without refund.

4.5 Breaches may result in formal warning, removal from sessions, or permanent removal from the Program.

WhatsApp & Community Guidelines

5.1 Be kind and respectful. Ask permission before giving advice. No private messages unless invited.

5.2 No promotions, spam, or irrelevant content. Content must relate to the Program.

5.3 Misuse may result in restricted access or removal from the group.

Group Coaching Conduct

6.1 Share your own experiences. Avoid judgement, stay on topic, and respect time.

6.2 Allow others space to speak. Do not record or share group content externally.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

7.1 Each monthly session must be used within that calendar month. Sessions cannot be carried over.

7.2 Arriving more than 10 minutes late, no-show, or cancelling within 4 hours forfeits the session.

7.3 Exceptions may be granted for extenuating circumstances at the Provider’s discretion.

Confidentiality & Privacy

8.1 All personal information is confidential unless disclosure is legally required or there is a risk of harm.

8.2 Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of group discussions and member information.

Recordings & Content Ownership

9.1 Group sessions are recorded for Program access. Recordings may not be shared externally.

9.2 All templates, materials, recordings, and program content remain the intellectual property of the Provider.

9.3 Clients may be invited to share testimonials. Permission will be sought for public use.

Respecting the Coaching Team

10.1 Clients agree to treat all team members with respect.

10.2 Passive-aggressive, excessive, or emotionally charged communication may result in restricted access.

10.3 Honour coaching boundaries and model the leadership behaviours you are developing.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Provider makes no guarantees about results. Outcomes depend on individual engagement.

11.2 The Provider is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from participation in the Program.

Force Majeure

12.1 The Provider is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their control, including illness, internet outages, or natural disasters.

Termination

13.1 Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice.

13.2 Immediate termination may occur for breaches of this Agreement or Code of Conduct.

13.3 No refunds or credits for unused sessions.

Dispute Resolution

14.1 Disputes will be addressed first through good faith negotiation, then mediation before legal steps are taken.

Governing Law

15.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia.

Changes to These Terms

16.1 Terms and Conditions may be updated. Continued participation implies agreement to the most recent version.
